Export Your Data

All users can export glucose history directly from the app as a CSV file. If you cannot access the in-app export flow or need a privacy/access copy of DiaNotes-stored data, email privacy@diaeats.net.

  1. Open DiaNotes and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings > Data & Privacy.
  3. Select Export Data.
  4. Follow the export flow to download your glucose history.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before fulfilling an email-based data request.

Delete Your Account

  1. Open DiaNotes and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile > Account & Security.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm the action in the app.
  4. If your account uses Email sign-in, re-enter your password when prompted.

Deleting your DiaNotes account removes DiaNotes-stored account data and glucose records.

Revoke Apple Health Access

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to your profile, then open Apps.
  3. Select DiaNotes.
  4. Adjust or remove Blood Glucose read and write permissions.

Advertising Measurement Controls

DiaNotes may use Meta App Events to measure DiaNotes ads with basic, non-sensitive app events. DiaNotes does not send glucose readings, Apple Health data, diabetes profile details, medication information, meal details, personal notes, or journal content to Meta.

  • DiaNotes currently disables advertiser ID collection for Meta App Events.
  • If a future version asks for tracking permission, you can manage it in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
