DiaNotes is licensed to you subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The Apple Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Intended Use

DiaNotes is a self-management and logging tool for blood glucose records. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment instructions, emergency monitoring, or clinician-led care.

Subscriptions

  • DiaNotes offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
  • Subscription prices are shown in the app and may vary by App Store storefront.
  • Premium features currently include advanced charts, full history statements, estimated HbA1c views, and CSV export.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscriptions settings.
  • Privacy and account access requests are not dependent on maintaining a Premium subscription.

Account and Data

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and providing accurate information.
  • You can delete your DiaNotes account from within the app.
  • Deleting your DiaNotes account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscription billing remains managed by Apple until canceled.
